God Brought Forth His Only Begotten Son — Micha'el, the Great Prince

Micha'el - "He who is like God"

One made in the express image of God's own person ...

"The Sovereign of the universe was not alone in His work of beneficence. He had an associate—a co-worker who could appreciate His purposes, and could share His joy in giving happiness to created beings. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.” John 1:1, 2. Christ, the Word, the only begotten of God, was one with the eternal Father—one in nature, in character, in purpose—the only being that could enter into all the counsels and purposes of God. “His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6. His “goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” Micah 5:2. And the Son of God declares concerning Himself: “The Lord possessed Me in the beginning of His way, before His works of old. I was set up from everlasting.... When He appointed the foundations of the earth: then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him: and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him.” Proverbs 8:22-30."

"God created man for His own glory, that after test and trial the human family might become one with the heavenly family. It was God’s purpose to repopulate heaven with the human family, if they would show themselves obedient to His every word. Adam was to be tested, to see whether he would be obedient, as the loyal angels, or disobedient." — The Truth About Angels, p.287.2 • Ellen G. White

Jesus Returns to Earth

Unrepentant Humans Destroyed by the Brightness of Christ's Coming and the Fallen Angels are Confined to the Destroyed Earth for 1000 Years

Lucifer (Satan, Devil, Serpent) and the fallen angels are confined to earth in its desolated state for 1000 years in chains of darkness to contemplate their part in the great controversy between Christ and Satan

Unrepentant humans are all dead upon the earth awaiting the second resurrection (Revelation 20) and their final judgment

Satan Confined to Earth 1000 Years

The Saints in Heaven 1000 Years

The redeemed saints spend 1000 years in heaven with Jesus — judging the fallen angels and the unrepentant humans to determine their punishment for their wicked deeds and how long they will suffer in the lake of fire (Revelation 20)

Saints in Heaven 1000 Years

Jesus and the Saints Return to Earth After 1000 Years

Jesus and the redeemed saints return to Earth after the 1000 years of judgment, determining the punishment for each individual case, and the executive judgment begins against the fallen angels and unrepentant humanity in the lake that burns with fire —the lake of fire, where all the wicked are consumed and destroyed eternally. The wages of sin is death, eternal death, not an eternal life of torment in a place called hell.

The Return to Planet Earth

New Heavens and a New Earth

After the destruction of the wicked (the fallen angels and unrepentant humanity), the earth is recreated new and the capitol is the New Jerusalem, the eternal city of peace. This will be the eternal home of the redeemed saints and the new capitol of the universe where the throne of God and the Lamb will reside. See Revelation 21 and 22.

"The great controversy is ended. Sin and sinners are no more. The entire universe is clean. One pulse of harmony and gladness beats through the vast creation. From Him who created all, flow life and light and gladness, throughout the realms of illimitable space. From the minutest atom to the greatest world, all things, animate and inanimate, in their unshadowed beauty and perfect joy, declare that God is love." — The Great Controversy, 1888, p. 678.3 • Ellen G. White
